Dieser Ganztagesausflug nach Pico dauert etwa 8-9 Stunden, in denen Sie die meisten Highlights der Nachbarinsel Pico sehen werden. Die Tour ist perfekt für Besucher von Faial, die nur ein paar Tage im Triangolo verbringen, aber Pico ohne allzu viel Stress besuchen möchten.Die Tour Pico, ein erster Eindruck ist ein All-Inclusive-Ausflug ab Ihrer Unterkunft in Faial, einschließlich der Fährtransfers, zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Pico. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette journée de visite de Pico. Andréas est un guide très agréable qui au-delà des sites marquants et des curiosités de Pico nous a beaucoup appris sur la vie aux Açores et sur ces belles Iles.

This was a great way to tour the island of Pico. My husband and I stayed in Faial for a few days and wanted to explore Pico but did not know where to begin. Andreas was a great guide. From the start he was quick to respond and answered all my questions. He booked the ferry for us and had a nice van to take us around the island. He is super friendly and knowledgeable, and really gave us an insight into the life and history of Pico. We toured around the whole island and he prepared a delicious lunch for us at one of the most beautiful spots in the Azores. This was definitely a highlight of our trip and I would highly recommend this tour.

Unsere 2. Tour mit Andreas. Diesel Mal sind wir von Faial mit der Fähre nach Pico übergesetzt. Auch das wurde im Vorfeld von Andreas organisiert.
Der Tag mit Andreas war für uns sehr erlebnisreich und informativ. Wir haben uns rundum sehr gut aufgehoben und betreut gefühlt. Wir sind einmal komplett um die Insel gefahren. Dabei hat Andreas es verstanden, uns an den verschiedensten Orten die Schönheit dieser Insel näher zu bringen. Besser kan man die Insel an einem Tag nicht kennenlernen. An alles wurde gedacht. Selbst das Mittagessen in einem wunderschönen Park mit selbstgemachtem Salat und kühlen Getränken an einer liebevoll gedeckten Tafel war ein Erlebnis. Die gesamte Tour war sehr profesionell organisiert und durchgeführt. Andreas ist ein sehr offener und zugewandter Reiseleiter. Er geht jeder Zeit auf Extrawünsche wie Zwischenstopps für Fotos oder gewünschte Ziele ein. Fazit: Die Touren mit Andreas können wir 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal auf diesem Wege.

La gita di un'intera giornata a Pico con Andreas è un'esperienza imperdibile!!

Siamo partiti da Faial dove ci è venuto a prendere in albergo e ci ha guidati dal traghetto fino all'isola raccontandoci storie e curiosità.

Abbiamo pranzato in un parco da sogno con un pranzo pic nic preparato con i migliori ingredienti locali; avevamo una vista sull'oceano, al fresco degli alberi in un parco attrezzato stupendo. Non poteva mancare un ottimo vino di Pico dopo aver visto i magnifici vigneti nella pietra.

Tutto organizzato perfettamente ed Andreas è veramente preparatissimo e mi ha stupito per avere una risposta ad ogni domanda o curiosità!!

Con grande professionalità, gentilezza e simpatia ci ha fatto trascorrere una giornata meravigliosa scoprendo Pico ed aspettando il momento e posto giusto per degli scatti fantastici anche del vulcano Pico ☺️

Grazie mille Andreas per questa bellissima giornata e speriamo di tornare presto!

I strongly recommend booking VisitFaial for tours of both Faial and Pico. The owner, Andreas, was our driver and guide for our two days of private tours. He was just terrific. As someone who chose to immigrate to Faial, he offers a unique perspective and clearly loves his adopted island. He was very knowledgeable, with facts and stories for each stop, as well as answering all our questions. He took our laundry list of things we wanted to see/do and turned it into a well-planned and efficient tour each day - easily accommodating the mobility issues some of our party had. Such a friendly guy! His wife cooked our delicious lunches, and he offered such special touches at our picnics - it felt more like we were dining at a restaurant! Definitely the go-to tour for a comprehensive overview of Pico Island and its main attractions, all neatly packed into a single day. Our guide, Andreas, despite not being a native, impressed us with his profound grasp of Azorean history, culture, geology, and contemporary life. The beautiful vistas and landscapes encountered throughout the tour are unparalleled. One unique aspect was being the only guests, allowing for an itinerary that flexed with our interests and mood, leading to a more active, personal interaction with Andreas. The picnic lunch was both delightful and set within a captivating natural scene. If time is of essence but you want a deep dive into Pico Island, this is unquestionably the tour to choose!

Dear Peter, visiting Faial is also the perfect starting point to do a day trip to neighbouring Pico. The scenery of Pico makes it of course easy to have a nice day. Being on a private tour allows me to give you a really personal and tailor made experience. That's what I like to do, as all guests are different.
