Tolle Karts , prima Bahn , tolle Mitarbeiter .

I booked this deal a week prior. I booked it for my son, as it was his birthday on 12 March, and I knew he loves to ride! However, I made "the mistake" to praise his birthday at the front desk, who immediately and unsympathetically rushed to inform me that the booking was for adults only and I had to ride... right! My son started to cry, and it was all a tragedy afterwards. I asked if we could reschedule and receive credit: NO! I personally know folks who were granted this request in the past, a fact which surely brought appreciation. I need to mention that unless you speak and understand German, you should let someone else do the booking for you! I should have done that! There were no warnings, no mention that the booking was for adults only on the email I received was just like this one. Thank God that KartHall in Mainz was glad to solve this problem for us. Thus, I drove another 70km to Mainz, in order to ensure success for my son's birthday. Thank you, KartHall!! Yes, we were loyal customers in Limburg. No longer! Last year, they also blocked my daughter because she turned 13 not a week prior..., and I booked for kids as I always did! I never booked for adults, and they could see this choice in the system. Well, I lost money at the time and lost money now, but this is not my complaint, and my kids will never forget the disappointment they felt. My daughter refused to go back there as an adult afterwards; that is why I only went with my son. It was the last time. They should have offered credit or allowed us to come back on Sunday without being charged, given that I know German friends who were able to obtain this concession from LimPark in the past, even if they could read just fine on the website or the info they received before booking. Well, here goes my review

Unfassbar!
